If you’ve been trying to find us at the shop the past couple of days and wondering what’s up — we apologize.  Our dd was very ill and required some hospital care.  We are home now and on the mend.  We appreciate those of you who’ve called to offer concern and support.  It is so amazing the friendships we form in this business.

Doesn’t Memorial Day weekend start the beginning of summer for all of us?  School is ending or over for the year and we begin to make plans for summer trips and summer events.  Now if we could just be rain-free this weekend it would be the beginning of summer for us here at STI!

I have a friend that has been trying to ‘pink-up’ and mutual friend of ours.  Now, I’m not sure if pink is her thing or not, but for sure she is just good down-home people.  Fluff and frills?  Bling?  You either like it or you don’t.  My cell phone is pink and has some awesome charms dangling from it.  But my atire is pure denim and T’s.  What are You?

   At Scrap-To-It! we are big into Pink — especially this new paper company Pink Paislee.  The awesome patterns, the lovely texturing are oh so fun to play with.  If you haven’t been in to see the Pink Paislee and get some for yourself to play with, you’ll want to bump that up to the top of your ‘to-do’ list soon.  We’ve already re-stocked this line once and will likely not bring back these lines with new ones being released in a month or so.
