It sounds like the title to a thriller but it is actually just a little bump in the road at Scrap-To-It!   The Lord was watching over us with tender mercy this past weekend when some folks decided to see if they could make out breaking in to the store.  They broke through the double-pane tempered glass door shattering glass everywhere and making a big mess.  They broke into the file cabinet and cash register and tossed a few things around but all in all the loss and damage was minimal when they were unable to find what they were looking for.  We are sorrowful of the event and ask the Lord to help re-direct these mis-guided folks who caused hurt and pain for us at Scrap-To-It!.

 The good news – there is plenty of product for our moving sale.

 The bad news – Moms, when you come in to shop with your little ones, please beware that there are still tiny pieces of glass in the front door area and into the main room of the store where we check out.  Please let us help you with your little ones so that they do not get hurt.  We are planning to have the carpet cleaned but not sure when that will take place.

 The New Door -  In order to secure the store we had to quickly replace with a door that would fit that frame and open the proper direction.  We no longer have a door with a glass window.  I know this may be a bit intimidating and not very welcoming.  Please – just come on in as usual.  We will have a note on the door when we are in to help with that.  If you do find the door locked, it is just momentarily while we make a quick trip to the lady’s room (*blush**).
