Christmas Scrapping

Now that the rush to get through Christmas has happend its time to start thinking about recording the memories.  Here are a few things to think about journaling as you take down the decorations and get ready to begin a new year.  1. Take pictures and journal some of the favorite foods you serve during the holidays.

2.  Take pictures of and journal about the ornaments that are family heirlooms or special for other reasons.

3.  Take a picture of the lights around your house, if you have them.  What are the reasons you put those particular decorations outside your home?

4.  Christmas village or nativity?  Do you have one, both, several?  Where did they come from?  Do you collect nativites?  How involved is your village?  Are part of your holiday traditions the setting up of these special pieces?

Besides the pictures taken during the opening of gifts, there are many other facets to our holiday celebrations that can become part of the memories you scrap.
