While we love every single order, large or small, we do have an order minimum of $10.00.

Any order under $10.00 can be processed, however, we will charge a $5.00 pulling fee. We hope you can appreciate that our time is valueable, and while we value each customer and order equally, time is money. Someone must be paid to pull your order, quality control check it, package and ship it. That said — we will try to help with any small order (yes, even those little buggers you thought you had 4 of but found only 3!) however, each situation is based soley on the discression of the management. So if Susy Stamper, down the road from you got a small special order — please don’t e-mail us tomorrow asking for yours. Several children, several years as a school teacher and several years in business later and we’ve kinda got this all figured out.

Shipping Details —

8/26/06 - all shipping charges are being manually imputed as we remodel the store.  For a shipping quote prior to placing your order, feel free to e-mail us at scrap_to_it@yahoo.com.

(These policies are currenty under revision during our store remodel)Our shipping is presently calculated on the current Flat Rate Priority fees from the USPS ($8.95 or current flat rate charge) as the majority of our sales warrent this type of shipping. We will calculate actual shipping and if the amount you paid is more than necessary (meaning if we can reduce your expenses with a more efficient shipping charge) your paypal account will receive a ’shipping refund’ to return the overpaid shipping amount.

Special Note on shipping:

If you would like to avoid this possibility of shipping charges being returned to your paypal account, you are welcome to e-mail your order and wait for a paypal money request to you for payment on your order. Please be sure to include all necessary information in your order. Item, color, quantity, your paypal address and shipping address.

Oh, and just in case you thought you’d never pay more than the flat rate — well….this fine print is to let you know that orders that DO NOT qualify for Flat Rate will be packaged, weighed and actual shipping charges applied. You will be notified by e-mail regarding the adjustment to the balance of your order. Amount due must be received before any of the order will ship.

The truth about shipping — While we wish we could send you everything for free — shipping charges are what they are and a part of internet buying. We want you to know we will not gouge you or pad our shipping fees. We hate that when we get stuck by other e-tailers who do that — we don’t promote that kind of business practice here at Scrap-To-It!

Special or Group Orders –

We would be very happy to special order in items you. We have a lot of resources available to us so if you do not see something in our store that you would like to have — just send us a product request via e-mail. Please give us as much information regarding the product, quantity you are looking for and timeline. Also be sure we have a couple contact options in the event we have questions. We don’t make promises, but we won’t stop until we know we have run out of options.

Many of you are avid scrappers and want specific album colors and quantities that we do not stock. We would be happy to fill multiple album orders for you or for your group. A minimum of 4 albums is required in order to place a special album order.  50% of the order must be paid at the time you place it. The balance will be billed to you once we receive the order in house. We have access to several manufacturers, but will higly recommend all of the albums by We R Memory Keepers. With this particular manufacturer we can order in quantites of 1 and give you the option of order 4 different style/color/size albums without having to take 2 or 3 of a single color or style.
